We all ask the question, “Why do we have to pay for the things we need to survive?”. The sad fact of reality is that we’ve been brought up in a world that teaches us this lie. Do we really need to pay for the things we need to survive, or is someone else telling us we need to pay for the things we need to survive? What if there’s another way to pay? What if it’s been here all along and we’ve just been blind to it?
We’re told, if you want to eat, you must pay for the privilege to eat. If you want to drink, you must pay for the privilege to drink. If you want a roof over your head, you must pay for the privilege of having a roof over your head. If you want to be with the one you love, you must pay for the privilege to be with her/him. I could go on with this but you get the picture.
Now here’s a concept most of us use without even realizing it.
When you arrive at a four way stop sign and another driver arrives at the same time, You have a choice, you can insist on going first or you can let the other driver go ahead of you. Let’s say you chose to let the other driver go first. Did you demand that the other driver pay for the privilege of going ahead of you, or did you do it because you simply chose to? When you helped an elderly person cross the street or clean up her/his yard, did you demand she/he pay for the privilege of having you help her/him? Odds are no, you didn’t. That my friends, is energetic currency at work.
This system of currency has been around longer than we have. We’ve simply forgotten how to use it. Now is the time for us to begin the shift from fiat currency to energetic currency.
For some of us it will be easy to shift over. For others, a bridge will be needed. This is where barter comes into play. Keep in mind that the barter system is only going to be needed long enough to help shift everyone back over to the new/original system of exchange.
In the end, we all want our Star Trek future. A world without money and scarcity. Watch any show or film. Do you see any money changing hands or are they simply doing without demands? Example from Star Trek: The Next Generation, Worf walks into Ten Forward and orders a glass of prune juice from Guinan. They converse for a while then Worf thanks Guinan for the drink and leaves. Did any money change hands? Did Guinan demand Worf pay for the drink or her time? No, she didn’t. That, is energetic currency at work. And that, is how we are suppose to live our lives, in abundance.
